Develoment, maintenance and degeneration of the myelin sheath in the PNS and CNS; immune cells as mediators and amplifiers in genetically-mediated disorders of the nervous system, immune-related axonopathy. Animal models for genetically–mediated demyelination, axonopathy and neuroinflammation.
